About Our Fun Event
This year’s Mackay Party Weekend Competition, hosted by Mackay Gymnastics, will also be part of the North Queensland Games. As the Games are only held in Mackay every six years, this is a fantastic opportunity for our gymnasts to take part in a larger regional sporting event right here at home. It will be a fun and exciting competition weekend, bringing together clubs from across North Queensland, and we encourage our gymnasts to take advantage of this special opportunity to compete.
Competition Levels:
Tier 1, 2 & 3 - Level 1
Tier 4 & 5 - Level 2
Tops - Level 1
And for our Level 3 to 6 gymnasts, both Pathways and Performance this competition marks the beginning of an exciting comp season for the year. As our older competitors, they'll vie for medals and coveted placings, aiming for top scores on each apparatus and an All-Around score.
